Highbrow Boutique of Leland offers permanent cosmetic services in a comfortable, relaxing and private setting -having now relocated just outside Wilmington, NC. Sarah Mays, an acclaimed makeup artist with over 75 motion picture and television credits, founded Highbrow in 2000.
