Sarah brings the passion, experience, skill, and techniques honed in her 30+ year career as a Hollywood makeup artist to Highbrow. She believes everybody deserves high quality customized cosmetic treatments in a private and relaxing environment.
Sarah began her studies in the field of makeup in Hollywood in 1985 attending the Joe Blasco Makeup Center, where she learned everything from beauty to special effects. She went on to explore a career bringing her over 80 credits heading the makeup department for “The Notebook,” “The Blindside,” “Sweet Home Alabama” and “Remember the Titans.” She has been a personal makeup artist to many stars including Dolly Parton, Emma Stone, Ben Stiller, Christina Applegate, Josh Lucas and Maria Bello.
In addition many of celebrities have benefited from Sarah’s extremely subtle and natural permanent cosmetics!

What is microblading VS NANO and shading?
Microblading is an advanced technique of cosmetic tattooing that is done by a process of implanting colored pigment beneath the surface of the skin with a row of micro sterile disposable needles that form a crisp hair stroke where there isn’t any, or to add more to enhance and create a fullness where hair already exists. Nano brows achieve similar results with the use of a digital machine. Sarah can determine the best route for you.
Shading can be done in conjunction with hair strokes adding a more 3-dimensional look. This is a “powdery” very soft look alone, or with hair strokes.
ALL RESULTING IN 3-DIMENSIONAL HYPERREALISTIC RESULTS
PERMANENT LIP BLUSHING & NATURAL LIP LINER
With the use of a digital cosmetic machine, a very natural crisp definition can be achieved using a natural lip color which is then faded into the lip area. This can result in fuller, very natural and more beautiful lips.
In addition, if more color is desired overall, then pigment would be “blushed” over the entire lip as well.
Permanent eyelash enhancement and eyeliner
Lash enhancement is used with a digital cosmetic machine where pigment is implanted between the eyelashes for a very subtle “pop” resembling the look of residual mascara and usually done using black pigment.
Eyeliner is both a lash enhancement and eyeliner on top for a more dramatic look. You may opt for a slight or more dramatic “wing” as well.
